SunkaraOps
Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 September 2026 · Effective upon publication by Dinesh Gopi Sunkara (sole proprietor trading as SunkaraOps — confirm registered name later)
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Dinesh Gopi Sunkara (sole proprietor trading as SunkaraOps — confirm registered name later), operating as SunkaraOps (“we”, “us”). They govern use of this website and purchase of the “AI Ops in 7 Days” sprint. By submitting the lead form, paying a Stripe Payment Link, or otherwise instructing us to start, you accept these Terms. If you are buying for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. Scope of the sprint
Unless a written statement of work says otherwise, the intro sprint includes:
- An ops audit of the bottlenecks you nominate.
- Design and installation of three workflows chosen with you.
- A prompt library and SOPs delivered in Google Docs (or an agreed equivalent).
- Wiring on free-tier or already-licensed tools in your stack, not a new paid SaaS bill unless you opt in.
- Live training plus a Loom (or equivalent) recording.
- Fourteen (14) days of support after handoff, during ordinary business hours we confirm at kickoff.
A “workflow” means a documented, repeatable path from a trigger (an email, a meeting, a sheet row, a brief) to a usable draft or action, with prompts, SOP, and a named owner. It is not an enterprise integration, custom software product, or ongoing fractional-ops retainer.
The calendar target is seven (7) days from a complete kickoff (intake returned, access granted, three workflows agreed). Delays you cause — missing access, silent stakeholders, scope changes — pause the clock. We will say so in writing (email is enough).
3. What is out of scope
Unless we agree in writing: custom application development; paid-tool procurement on our card; model fine-tuning; legal, tax, medical, or financial advice; processing special-category personal data at scale; 24/7 support; and work for more than three workflows in the intro fee. Extra workflows are a new quote.
4. Your responsibilities
You will: (a) appoint one decision-maker; (b) grant the minimum access needed (or join screenshare sessions if you prefer not to share passwords); (c) provide truthful process context and sample artifacts; (d) review drafts within two business days; (e) make sure your use of AI outputs complies with your professional duties and your clients’ contracts. You remain responsible for reviewing every AI-assisted output before it reaches a client.
5. Payment
The published intro price is ₹24,999 or US $299, as offered on the Payment Link or invoice you receive — one currency per purchase, not both stacked. Fees are due in advance of kickoff unless we issue a written exception. Payments through Stripe are processed by Stripe; their terms apply to the charge itself. Prices may change for future buyers; your price is the one on the link or invoice you paid.
Chargebacks opened without first writing to dineshgopisunkara0228@gmail.com are a breach. If a payment is reversed after work has started, the license in the Copyright notice is suspended until the fee is restored.
6. Live-or-we-stay guarantee
If a promised workflow is not live at the end of the sprint, we keep working on that workflow at no additional professional fee until it is live or you tell us to stop. “Live” means: the SOP is delivered, the prompts run on your accounts, a named person on your side has completed the training path, and the workflow has been executed at least once on a real or agreed sample item.
The guarantee does not cover: new workflows beyond the three agreed; tool outages or policy changes by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar; your refusal to grant access or attend training; or results (hours saved, revenue) which depend on how you use the system. The guarantee is additional labor, not a refund, unless we agree a refund in writing.
7. Intellectual property
IP is allocated as set out in the Copyright notice: you receive a license to customized deliverables; we retain methods, templates, and brand. You grant us a limited license to use your materials solely to perform the sprint. We will not use your confidential client files as portfolio samples. We may describe the engagement in anonymized, non-identifying terms (role and outcome type only).
8. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the sprint, except for information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law. We may use subcontractors bound to comparable confidentiality (for example a contracted editor or bookkeeper). This clause survives for three (3) years after the sprint, and indefinitely for trade secrets as recognized in India (laws of India; courts of competent jurisdiction).
9. Acceptable use of the website
You may not misuse the site: no scraping beyond ordinary search-engine indexing, no injecting malware, no submitting false identities to the form, and no using the form to send unlawful content. We may reject or delete submissions and block abusive traffic.
10. Warranties and professional limits
The sprint is a professional services engagement provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. We do not warrant that AI outputs will be error-free, that a given model will remain free or available, or that you will achieve any particular time-save or revenue number. Illustrative outcomes on the website are examples, not a guarantee. We are not your lawyer, accountant, medical advisor, or employer-of-record.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN India (laws of India; courts of competent jurisdiction), THE SERVICES AND SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Dinesh Gopi Sunkara (sole proprietor trading as SunkaraOps — confirm registered name later) AND ITS PRINCIPALS, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SITE OR A SPRINT WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THAT SPRINT IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of India (laws of India; courts of competent jurisdiction) (for example, fraud or personal injury where such a limit is void).
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of: your client deliverables that incorporate AI-assisted drafts you chose to send; your breach of these Terms; or your violation of a third-party right (including confidentiality you owed a client and then shared with us without permission).
13. Term, pause, and termination
These Terms start when you first use the site or buy a sprint and continue until the sprint and support window end, except for clauses that by nature survive (IP, confidentiality, liability, governing law). Either party may terminate a sprint for material breach that remains uncured seven (7) days after written notice. If you terminate for convenience after kickoff, fees already paid are not refundable; we will deliver work completed to date. If we terminate for convenience, we will refund the unused portion of the fee.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India (laws of India; courts of competent jurisdiction), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in India (laws of India; courts of competent jurisdiction) have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any forum to protect IP or confidential information. Before filing, each party will attempt good-faith resolution by email to dineshgopisunkara0228@gmail.com for at least fourteen (14) days.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms for future site use and future sprints by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date. The Terms in force on the day you paid apply to that sprint. Continued use of the site after a posted change is acceptance of the new Terms for the site.
16. Miscellaneous
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Copyright notice are the entire agreement for the website and the standard intro sprint. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains. A failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign the sprint without our consent; we may assign to a successor of the practice. There are no third-party beneficiaries. Notices to us go to dineshgopisunkara0228@gmail.com and Address on file — update before taking payment.
